Born and lived at Horsford, Norfolk, Son of George L. and Blanche Bacon, of The Heath, Horsford. He was an assistant in his father’s cow and milk business prior to enlisting at Norwich, Norfolk. He was killed in action, 29th March 1918, when the Germans attacked the British line near St. Emile, France.
