Battalion: 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of Thomas and Eliza Wilkins, of 124, Slack Lane, Derby. He went to France on 4th January 1915 and was killed in action, on 12th March 1915, aged 23, in the German counter-attack and then the British counter-attack during the Battle of Neuve Chapelle, France.
