Born and lived at Bingham, Nottinghamshire. Son of William And Sarah Widnall, of 43, Ewart Road., Forest Fields, Nottingham. Was a shoemaker and enlisted at Lowdham, Nottinghamshire 10th August 1914. Went to France 25th February 1915 and was killed 24th May 1915, aged 26.
