Son of Thomas and Helen Sneath, of Bracebridge, Mental Hospital, Lincoln. Went to France on 11th November 1914. Killed in action 5th July 1916, aged 26, in the attack on the German positions at La Boisselle, France, during the Battle of the Somme.
