Husband of Mrs. Lily Smith, of 1, New Yard, Pleasley Hill, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Lived at Mansfield. He enlisted at Derby and served in Italy. He died of wounds at a military base hospital Rouen, 3rd November 1918, age 24.
