Born 20th November 1899 at Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. Son of Mr & Mrs W.C Nixon of 111 Vernon Road, Kirkby in Ashfield. Taken Prisoner in 1918 and died of wounds 3rd June 1918.

Buried : Guise (La Desolation) French National Cemetery, Flavigny-Le-Petit, France. Allied Section 1135.
