Private Harry Morlin

Born at Nottingham and lived at 1, Sanderson Street, Nottingham. Son of Harry and Lizzie Morlin, of 14, Peas Hill, Rise, Nottingham. Husband of Mary Ann Morlin, of 3, Elm Grove, Blue Bell Hill, Nottingham. He was a net lace hand prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He went to France 29th August 1915 and was killed in action, 1st September 1916, aged 26, whilst on a working party of the trenches, near Fricourt, France, during the Battle of the Somme.
