Private George Henry Lowe

He was born at Queniborough, Leicestershire. Husband of Gertrude Annie Lowe, of 1 Shorts Yard, Vicar Lane, Chesterfield, Derbyshire. He was employed at Brampton Brewery prior to enlisting at Derby. He served in Gallipoli during 1915 and was killed in action, 26th September 1916, whilst serving in the line South of Thiepval, France, during the Battle of the Somme.
