Son of John Robert and Harriett Lee, of 379, Anglesey Road, Burton-On-Trent.

Killed in action, 14th February 1916, aged 20, during heavy German shellfire and the explosion of a German mine, prior to the German attack of the front line trenches, near the canal to the south-east of Ypres, Belgium.
