Born at Arnold, Nottinghamshire. Son of John and Anne Holbrook, of Arnold, Nottinghamshire Husband of Fanny Holbrook, of 77, Flewitt Street, Nottingham. Went to France 6th March 1916 and was killed in action 20th September 1917, age 36.
