Born at Nottingham; Son of William and Martha Heath of 3, Scotts Yard, North Sherwood Street, Nottingham. He was an errand boy prior to enlisting at Nottingham. Killed in action, 5th March 1917, when the Germans bombed the trenches near the Essarts – Hannescamps Road, France.
