Battalion: 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of George and Sarah Jane Harvey, of Stanton-In-Peak, Rowsley, Derbyshire. Went to France on 1st November 1915. Killed in action 5th July 1916, aged 22, in the attack on the German positions at La Boisselle, France, during the Battle of the Somme.
