Born and lived at Sneinton, Nottingham. Son of Joseph and Helen Harrison, of 75, Henry Street, Sneinton, Nottingham. He was a printer’s labourer prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He went to France on 18th August 1915 and was killed in action, on 30th January 1917, aged 24 whilst in the trenches (Argile Avenue) near Albert, France.
