Born at Sandiacre, Nottinghamshire. Son of Charles and Emily Geeson, of 37, Bessel Lane, Stapleford, Nottinghamshire. He was a fitter prior to enlisting 9th April 1915 at Ilkeston, Derbyshire. He went to France 1st March 1915 and was killed in action, 8th September 1915, whilst serving in the line near the Ypres/Commines Canal, Belgium.
