Husband of B. E. Sutton (Formerly Fulcher), of I, Long Entry, Gisborne Street, Derby. Went to France on 23rd September 1915. Killed in action, on 1st July 1916, aged 23, during the attack on the German positions near Ovillers, France, on the first day of the Battle of the Somme.
