Born and lived at Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire. Son of Martin and Fanny Frost, of 8, Masons Row, Hawkins Lane, Burton-On-Trent. He was a farm waggoner at Bretby, Derbyshire prior to enlisting at Derby. He went to France 11th November 1914 and died, 11th August 1915, aged 19, at 18 Field Ambulance, Remy Siding, Belgium.
