British 15 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn and lived at Quaker Lane, Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire. Son of Joseph and Louie Fogg, of Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire; Husband of Mrs E. Fogg, of 3, St. Marys Terrace, Parliament Street, Newark, Nottinghamshire. Was a Besom Maker prior to enlisting at Farnsfield, 2nd February 1912 He went to France 2nd March 1915 and suffered gunshot wounds to his right knee 15th June 1915. He rejoined his battalion on the 3rd October 1915 and was killed in action, 20th June 1916, age 23, whilst serving in the trenches at Foncquevillers, France.
