Born at Shelford, Nottinghamshire. Son of Joseph and Elizabeth Fisher, of Sycamore Farm, Shelford, Nottinghamshire. Enlisted at Nottingham and served in Gallipoli and France. Died 6th October 1917, aged 23.

Buried: Dozinghem Military Cemetery, Belgium. Plot VIII. Row I. Grave 16.
