Born At Sneinton, Nottingham in 1893. Son of George and Susan Elliott, of 3, Newark Street, Nottingham. He was an accountant before enlisting at Nottingham 9th December 1915. He was killed in action 26th April 1916, age 23, when attacking 25, Northumberland Road and Mount Street, Bridge, Dublin, during the Irish Rebellion.
