Born at Billinger, Lincolnshire and lived at Martin, Lincolnashire. Brother of Mrs Nellie Skinner, of Martin, Lincoln.He enlisted at Lincoln and was killed in action diring a german raid on the line at near Epehy, France 13th July 1917, age 42.
