Born in Mauritius and was an insurance clerk prior to enlisting. Son of George Roger Dick and Florence Caroline Dick (Nee Finnis). He qwent to France 6th December 1914 and was killed in action 9th May 1915, aged 23. during the attack on Rouge Bancs, France.
