Battalion: 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Born at Daybrook, Nottinghamshire. Son of William and Annie Denham, of Groves Yard, Daybrook, Nottingham. He was a butcher’s assistant. He enlisted at Nottingham. Went to France 9th February 1915 and was killed in action 12th March 1915 at Neuve Chapelle, France.
