Husband of Gladys Cutts (Formerly Dawson), of 26, Pitt Street, Eckington, Sheffield. Went to the Balkans prior to December 1915. Killed in action, 9th August 1915, age 25, in the attack at Ismail Oglu Tepe, (Chocolate Hill), Gallipoli, Turkey.
