Lance Sergeant Walter Darley

Battalion: Uknown Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of Mrs Annie Elizabeth Forth, of Middleton-On-The-Wolds, Driffield, Yorkshire. He was a labourer prior to enlisting at Bridlington, Yorkshire. He was transferred to the Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment and later transferred to 16207 Labour Corps. He died on 11th July 1917, aged 27.

Buried: Grevillers British Cemetery, France. Plot 6. Row D. Grave 12.
