Born and lived in Nottingham. Son of John and Mary Cutts of 48, Cobden Street, Radford, Nottingham. He was a lace factory hand prior to enlisting on 24th August 1914 at Nottingham. He went to France on 16th February 1915 and died of wounds, 14th April 1916.
