Born and lived in Lincoln. Son of William T. and Jane Cullen, of 19, Spa Buildings, Lincoln. He enlisted at Hucknall, Nottinghamshire and was killed in action, 3rd September 1916, aged 19, in the British attack near Beaumont Hamel, France during the Battle of the Somme.
