Battalion: 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born at Beauly, Inverness, Scotland. Son of James and Georgina Crease, of 34, Church Street, Shirley, Southampton. He enlisted at Southampton and went to France on 4th November 1914 and was killed in action, 22nd March 1915, aged 24., whilst in the British line at Pont Du Hem, France.
