Son of James and Annie Creamer, of White House, Sutton Road, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. He enlisted at Mansfield and was killed in action, 17th October 1918, aged 24. in the attack at Regnicourt, France.

Buried: Fresnoy-Le-Grand Communal Cemetery Extension, France. Row B. Grave 26.
