Battalion: 2/7th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of James and Zilpha Cox, of Wood End, Cranfield, Bletchley, Buckinghamshire. He enlisted at Bedford and was killed in action, 21st March 1918, whilst holding the line near Noreuil, France on the opening day of the German Spring Offensive or (Kaiserschlact)
