Born in Kensington, London, and lived at Manor Park, Essex. Husband of May Cook, of 42, Morris Avenue, Manor Park, Essex. He enlisted at Paddington and was killed in action, 18th April 1918, aged 28, in the German attack on the British positions at Kemmel, Belgium.
