Born at Swinderby, Lincolnshire. Son of Thomas and Attie Collinson, of Easthorpe, Southwell, Nottinghamshire. Husband of Ellen Collinson, of Normanton, Southwell. He was employed a Caudwells Flour Mill prior to enlisting at Newark, Nottinghamshire. He died of wounds, 5th March 1918.
