Husband of Ada Clark, of 22A Wellington Street, Derby. He was a carriage builder in the carriage and wagon department of Midland Railway, Derby, prior to enlisting at Derby. He died of wounds, 7th October 1918, at 50 Casualty Clearing Station, Tincourt, France.
