Born at Eltham, Kent. Son of John and Frances Mary Church, of 22, Oaklands Road, Bexley Heath, Kent. He was a printer’s clerk prior to enlisting at Bexley Heath. He was killed in action, 19th September 1918, aged 24, in the attack on the Quadrilateral near Holnon, France.
