Born 4th December 1883. Son of Arthur and Ann Caunt, of Upper Green, Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. Husband of Clara Caunt, of 64, Priestic Road, Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. He was a coal miner and enlisted at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. He died 5th May 1917, age 33.
