Private Leonard Caulton

Battalion : 2/5th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Born and lived at Codnor, Derbyshire. Son of Edwin and Susan Caulton, of Jessop Street, Codnor, Derbyshire. He was a coal miner prior to enlisting 6th November 1915 at Ilkeston, Derbyshire. He went to France 26th February 1917 and was killed in action, 4th May 1917, age 2, in the attack at Malakoff and Cologne Farms, France.
