Born at Arnol. Nottinghamshire and lived at Dunkirk, Nottingham. Son of George and Ada Casterton, of High Street Avenue, Arnold. Husband of Alice Casterton. He was a hosiery hand prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He died of wounds 10th May 1918.
