Private Harry Cambage

Born and lived in York. Son of Alfred Ernest and Emma Cambage, of 134, Walmgate, York. He was a newsboy prior to enlisting at York. He was killed in action, 20th July 1916, age 18, during the attack on the German lines near Trones Wood, during the Battle of the Somme.
