Lance Corporal Harry Bye

Battalion: 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of Charles and Letha Ada Bye, of Lower Farm, Dullingham, Cambridgeshire. He was a farm labourer prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He was killed in action, 4th March 1917, in the attack on the German line at Andover, France. 

Commemorated: Thiepval Memorial, France. Pier and Face 10 C 10 D and 11 A.
