Private Arthur Burton

Battalion: 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born at Huntingdon and lived at Uppingham, Rutland. Son of JOhn Burton. He enlisted at Derby and went to France on 4th November 1914. Killed in action, on 20th December 1914, whilst serving in the line at Red Barn, Estaires, near Richebourg, France.
