Son of Leonard and Sarah Bullock, of Manthorpe, Lincolnshire. He was a sheet metal worker prior to enlisting on 11th April 1916 at Lincoln. He went to France on 31st July 1916 and was killed in action, on 3rd September 1916, aged 26, in the attack near Beaumont Hamel, France during the Battle of the Somme.
