Battalion : 2nd Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born At Whitwell, Derbyshire. Son of Frederick and Mary Elizabeth Bullivant. He enlisted in 1914 at  Retford, Nottinghamshire. He went to France on 16th March 1915 and was killed in action, 15th September 1916, age 24, in the attack near Guillemont, France during the Battle of the Somme.
