British 15 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn at Bulwell, Nottinghamshire and lived at Long Eaton, Derbyshire. Husband of Mabel G. Tatham, (formerly Brudenell). He enlisted at Derby and went to France on 14th July 1915. He was killed in action, 3rd March 1916, in the attack near the Ypres/Commines canal.
