Battalion: 16th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born at Aldershot, Hampshire and lived at King’s Lynn, Norfolk. He enlisted at Aldershot and went to France on 29th May 1915 and was killed in action, 20th September 1917, during the German attack on Bulgar Wood, near Ypres, France.
