Born at Dodford, Northamptonshire and lived at Kimberley, Nottinghamshire. Son of William Richard and Mary Bromwich, of Swiss Cottage, Main Street Kimberley. Husband of Mary Bromwich. He was a lace warehouse clerk prior to enlisting. He went to France on 14th July 1915 and died of wounds, 16th April 1919, aged 28.
