Born and lived at Lowdham, Nottinghamshire. Son of Charles and Eliza  Breedon, of Prospect Villas, Lowdham, Nottingham. He was a carter’s assistant prior to enlisting at Lowdham. He died of wounds 3rd November 1917. aged 20.

Buried : Dozinghem Military Cemetery, Belgium. Plot 15, Row D, Grave 18.
