Battalion: 17th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Born and lived in Nottingham. Son of James and Sarah Braybrook, of 3, Hyde Terrace, Lowdham Street, Nottingham. He was an errand boy prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He was killed in action, 4th August 1917, whilst serving in the trenches near Steenbeke, near Ypres Belgium.
