British 15 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn in Manchester and lived at Tinsley, Yorkshire. Son of Martin Jeffery Brawn and Susan Brawn, of 101, Plumpers Road, Tinsley. He was shovel shearer’s assistant prior to enlisting at Sheffield. He went to France on 27th August 1915 and died of wounds, 21st January 1916, aged 21.
