British 15 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn at Calver, Derbyshire and lived at 2 Wood View Terrace, Nether Green, Sheffield. Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Bradwell, of Stoney Middleton, Derbyshire. He was a labourer prior to enlisting 8th June 1915 at Sheffield. He went to France 6th October 1915 and suffered gunshot wounds to both thighs. He was invalided to England on 14th October 1915 and died at 3rd Northern General Hospital, Sheffield 18th October 1915, aged 23.

Buried : Curbar (All Saints) Churchyard, United Kingdom. Grave 133.
