Private Charles Bradshaw

Battalion: 10th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born at Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Husband of Emily Ann Bradshaw, of 64 Ward Street, New Tupton, Derbyshire. He was a platelayer for Midland Railway prior to enlisting at Chesterfield.  He was killed in action, 8th August 1916, in the attack at Delville Wood, France during the Battle of the Somme.
