Born at Greasley, Nottinghamshire and lived at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Son of William and Florence Bradley, of 4 Rock Terrace, Mansfield. Husband of Julia Bradley, of 39, Cademan Street, Whitwick, Leicestershire. He was a hairdresser prior to enlisting at Mansfield, He was three times previously wounded. He was killed in action, 25th April 1918, aged 38, whilst in the line at Bois L’Abbee near Villers Bretonneaux, France.
